Set up your company

The first things to do after you accept your invite.

When loadwise sets up your company, you get an email invite. Open it, sign in with the same email address (we email you a code, so there's no password), and accept the terms and data processing agreement.

Then open Clients. The Set up checklist at the top ticks itself off as you go:

  1. Add your logo in Settings. It appears on progress reports. More about settings.
  2. Invite your PTs in Team, if you have any. How to invite your team.
  3. Look at the templates in Programmes, and approve the ones you want recommended to clients. About templates.
  4. Set up a group for a squad or class, if you run them. About groups.

Everything is on the left-hand menu on a laptop or tablet. On a phone, it's the menu bar at the bottom, with More for the rest.
