Your logo, privacy notice and company details

Settings only the owner can change.

Open Settings. As the owner you can:

• Upload your logo. A PNG with a transparent background works best, under 1 MB (JPEG and WebP work too). It shows at the top of every progress report.
• Add your own privacy notice (optional). Clients always agree to the loadwise privacy policy; if your business has its own notice, paste it in and clients see both. Publishing a new version asks every client, and the parents of under-18s, to agree again.
• Change your business name, and choose whether to allow clients under 13. Every under-18 needs a parent or guardian to agree before any training data is stored.
