Progress, streaks and challenges

Seeing how far you've come.

  • Progress shows your workouts, training load, weight lifted and readiness, your strength records (worked out from your sets, so there's no max testing), check-in results and body measurements. Add measurements and other activities, such as a run or a match, there too.
  • Streaks count weeks in a row where you did your planned workouts, so rest days never break them.
  • Milestones celebrate your first workout, 10, 25, 50 and 100 workouts, and long streaks.
  • Challenges from your gym or PT show a progress bar and your place. If you're 18 or over, you choose whether your name shows on a leaderboard.
  • Check-ins every six weeks: redo your tests and see the difference. Your last answers are filled in for you.
